Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

At Eduvantage Global, we value the trust you place in us for your career guidance. However, as a consulting firm, our resources involve significant time, manpower, and intellectual expertise. Therefore, we have a strict refund policy outlined below.

1. Registration & Service Fees

Any registration fee, processing fee, or consultancy charge paid to Eduvantage Global is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable under any circumstances. This fee covers the initial assessment, counseling hours, and documentation support provided by our experts.

2. University Tuition Fees

Eduvantage Global does not hold or manage university tuition fees. All tuition payments are made directly to the respective university.

  • Refunding of tuition fees is subject solely to the refund policy of the University/College you applied to.
  • Eduvantage Global will assist you in the refund process but is not liable if the university rejects the refund request due to policy violations.

3. Visa Refusal & Refund

Note: Visa approval is the sole discretion of the Embassy/High Commission. Eduvantage Global is not liable for any rejection.

If your student visa is rejected, the following terms apply:

  • Service Fee: The service fee paid to Eduvantage Global remains non-refundable as the services (application filing, SOP assistance, mock interviews) have already been delivered.
  • Exceptions: If a specific "Visa Refund Agreement" was signed at the time of registration, refunds will be processed strictly as per those written terms.

4. Student Withdrawal

If a student decides to withdraw their application or drop out of the process due to personal reasons (change of mind, financial issues, medical reasons) after the process has been initiated, no refund will be provided.

5. Mode of Refund

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved by the management:

Refunds will be processed within 30-45 working days directly to the original method of payment. No cash refunds will be entertained.
